It is a day of frantic canvassing in the final push for votes ahead of the London election for the mayor and 25 assembly members.
The four main mayoral candidates Boris Johnson, Jenny Jones, Ken Livingstone and Brian Paddick are all making final visits to boroughs.
Millions of pieces of voting literature have been handed out since the election period began on 20 March.
Polling stations will be open from 07:00 BST to 22:00 BST on Thursday.
Conservative Boris Johnson's day will take in Ealing and Hounslow in west London.
Speaking to BBC London 94.9, he said: "It will be very close. It's been a tough race."
Jenny Jones will be cycling around speaking to people, according to the Green Party camp.
She said she was expecting a "fairly good Green vote to indicate people are listening".
Labour candidate Ken Livingstone has spent time in Hammersmith, west London and will be in Brent in north-west London. His camp said he had visited each borough in London and some more than once, during the election period.
"We are fighting to the very end," said a spokesman.
Liberal Democrat Brian Paddick is making the most visits, taking in Brixton in south London, Islington in north London and finishing in Richmond in south-west London, where the party has a strong support base, according to a spokesman.
He added: "We've delivered more than two million pieces of literature and knocked on thousands of doors."
