With a range of facials, body wraps, peels, massage, manis and pedis to choose from, I tried a classic Aromamassage, using tailored aroma oils to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. It was wonderfully relaxing, whilst also working out the persistent knot in my right shoulder blade without being quite as intensely uncomfortable as a targeted deep tissue massage. As per usual I ended up drifting off to sleep - always the sign of a successful treatment for me - and awoke refreshed and revived, floating on a cloud of bliss. Next on my to-do list would be the Prescriptive Facial - following a skin diagnosis, this facial is personalised and tailored to accommodate the needs of the individual's skin, providing deep cleansing and decongesting benefits, refreshing hydration, renewal and radiance, calmness to sensitive skin or youthfulness and suppleness - just what the doctor ordered.
