Blo, Gwynnie's blow dry bar which opened its first London franchise in Covent Garden Piazza the autumn, has just launched its new Breakfast Club, offering busy London ladies an early morning appointment between 7am and 10am to kill two birds with one stone and offer one of its signature blow dries, accompanied by - you guessed it - breakfast.
I popped in en route to work on Friday for an 8am slot, the earliest I've ever been in a salon chair, to be greeted by the smiling Ashleigh, ready to work her magic wielding ghd tools and Unite products (I'm now a little bit in love with their 7 Seconds Leave In Conditioner!). 45 minutes, a steaming coffee and a delicious bowl of creamy, compote-laced porridge later and I bounced out of the salon ready to face the day.
