Few do a festive scent quite like Crabtree & Evelyn and 2016 is no exception. Whilst I can still be found indulging in the crisp pine and moody spiced frankincense home fragrances I usually procure at this time of year, there are two newbies that have crept into my handbag this week and show no signs of leaving.
There are three new scents for the season, I haven't yet tried Rose Pineapple but can assure you the other two smell good enough to eat. Festive Fig is a deliciously rich and fruity scent, with rich notes of ripe fig, damson plum, black pepper, resinous woods and winter flower. The indulgent sounding Spiced Earl Grey is the scent of a tearoom mixed with a fresh hit of lemon. Combined with C&E's winning hand therapy formulas and we have a winner against winter-ravaged hands.
They're available in mini 25g sizes (£6 each) or a 100g for £16 - I for one will be stocking up.
