My Review
10 out of 10 stars
We've been living round here for years wishing a place like this would appear, within walking distance, somewhere run by real human beings, somewhere we could go for a civilised Sunday drink with family and friends, somewhere with fab - really fab - food and bar snacks too, lovely spacious ambience, individual but spacious and comfortable, and charming staff...and now it's here!
Only complaint is you didn't open up 13 years ago when we moved here!
BTw are you named after Queen Victoria before she became queen or after her daughter Victoria ("Vicky") who was Kaiser Bill's mother?
Either way, very best wishes to the Vicky in her new incarnation!

I went to the Princess Victoria the other day and I felt like I was in a dream. How could this exist in this barren part of Uxbridge Road full of closed curtain shops and greasy take-aways? The ambience is great - I looked around the pub and could not see a single thing I would change. Then the food and wine arrived and both were hugely impressive. Delicious and inventive.

Yes it's amazing. Fabulous food, great wines and I can't wait for the Saturday market. Princess Victoria was an old Gin Palace at the tram terminus. So happy that it's been restored and looks great again!

Princess Vicoria has just been taken over and completely refurbished...it looks amazing. Victorian chic, old oil paintings and with a great atmosphere.
They also have a great restaurant and wonderful food.
Wine seems to be a big theme there now(rather than Celtic!)and the wine guy is really knowledgeable.
They are planning to do a food market outside on Saturday mornings.I will definately be there a lot.
Shepherd's Bush needs this..thanks

Went the Princess Victoria last night as we live local, and I was so impressed with food there! Delicious! My husband had a grilled lamb and I had a butternut risotto, both were mouth-watering.
The interior is really cool, too. Not trying too hard but really sophisticated. Greatly recommended.
