I visited the garden pub yesterday evening with three other friends. I have to say how disappointed I was with the service. We ordered food, one of the dishes wasn't available, then 30 mins later they informed us that another dish wasn't available. I don't know why we had to wait 30 mins to find this out! Also, when they did bring two of the other dishes they were wrong - we had ordered veggie sausages and they brought us real meat, the waiter didn't apologise at the time and even accused us of giving him the wrong order! However, later on someone else came to apologise. Staff seemed overworked and unco-operative. next time I'll be sure to give it a miss; plenty of other good places to

I am very sorry for your bad experience at the Garden however now the bar has changed a lot with a massive refurbishment you will be pleased to know that we also had a full staff retraining. I hope you will come back and see the new look Vineyard I promise you will be impressed
