I joined as a member, in Melbourne, over 10 years ago and have enjoyed the facilities in London a number of times. The staff are professional and friendly, their service is good, the facilities excellent and so is the food. It's position is so central to most attractions that one could not ask for for a better base for a London visitor.
Their Melbourne activities are always friendly and well patronised. It is a pleasure to be associated with this mob. :-)
