Marqee Club is one of the first places Hendrix played in the UK. Fab Jimi Hendrix Exhibition on now to Feb 05. World's largest collection of Jimi Hendrix rock memorabilia, believed worth more than £8m. Great visuals. 60s club lighting effects. Brilliant sound. Food/drink 5th floor. Blacklight tunnel, posters, clothing. Worthwhile for only £9.5 entry fee. Rare footage from Monterey Pop., photos, guitars... covers every aspect of Hendrix' life.
