I can say it is a great place I had my birthday on Thursday night so we decided to go for a few drinks in MANGO LOUNGE. The best shouts and cocktails I ever had. Great service, great environment everything was just great. At 1st we stayed upstairs and then around 11 the club downstairs opened with great music. Very homey and cozy place, I just 100% loved it. Definitely 100% recommend it!!! And I will definitely go there again!!!

I can only echo what's been said already about this great place! After much searching online for a cool venue to hold my birthday party, I kept coming across glowing reviews for the personal touch that Oli of Mango Lounge gives to his party customers, so even though it's a bit of a distance from me I thought I'd give him a ring...so glad I did! Oli was a real pleasure to deal with, very helpful, and made everything so easy arrangements-wise; felt very special with birthday balloons decorating our table and the first round of champagne cocktails. It was all so fun, exc atmosphere, cocktails & dancing and the lovely staff and service fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly, thanks again

My wife and I are back in LA after visiting London for two weeks. Monday was my birthday and also our last night in England so we went to Mangos bar which was near our hotel. There was only one dude working in the whole place, doing the drinks and table service and cleaning. He was working on two bar blenders and shaking stuff at the same time so customers were not waiting longer than they should for drinks. The cocktails kicked ass!

When my wife told the bartender about my birthday and our last night he told us to choose some shooters from the menu and bought them for us. We will be sure to recommend the Mangos bar to our friends who might visit London in the future.

My fiancé Dharmesh and I, Priya, decided to celebrate our engagement at the Mango Lounge in Oct 07, firstly because it was conveniently located for all our guests, secondly because we could hire a private area but more importantly because Oli could accommodate our many requests to make sure our night was a memorable one. Oli's generosity definitely made it a fantastic night, he organised a champagne reception for all our guests, his dear Mum arranged a fabulous engagement cake for us & also a fresh fruit arrangement. The food we ordered went down a treat and we all danced the night away... thanks very much Oli & sorry for this late posting we've been busy with wedding planning :)

Having read reviews of Mango Lounge nline, decided to check this place out for my Engagement and Birthday party. This is a real nice plce and the staff are very friendly. Oli the manager is fantastic, provided a great service and let us decorate the place as how we wanted it. Music was great playing a variety of R&B, Dance, House, Cheese etc. The venue is clean and nicely lit.

Once again a fantastic place to go if you want to hire a venue for a special occasion with a great service. Thanks again Oli for all your help. Will definately recommend to friends and be back here again.

For those who are planning on holding a party I strongly recommend the Mango Lounge. Why, I hear you ask? Well, what did it for us was the fact that the owner (Oli) was very very accommodating.

Before my wife and I chose the Mango lounge for her 30th, we saw 5 venues. Each had asked for a minimum spend of £1500 plus deposits. Any less than this and we'd have to cover the difference.

Oli on the other hand charged us nothing, and also gave us exclusivity to the venue until 11pm. Clean venue, friendly staff, great owner. Oli even gave us free champagne cocktails and food, all on the house. The DJ was great and even let me make announcements to my guests on his Mic. Mango Lounge Rocks!

This establishment is quite possibly a gift from God Himself. No seriously, Mango Lounge gives Heaven a run for its money. Upscale ambience(yet unpretentious), reasonable drink prices, amiable waitstaff, and a menu chock full of gourmet delights. If you happen to drop by, head downstairs to the dance floor, where the DJ is always tearing it up later at night.

I went to Mango Lounge while I was in London and had the most amazing margarita I've ever had, hands down. The American city I'm from has Mexican restaurants on practically every corner, mostly run by actual Mexicans, and this beats them all. One margarita was the equivalent of about $14USD because of the exchange rate, but I had to have another just to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Other than that, I had a fantastic time dancing downstairs and everyone was very friendly and fun. I look forward to going back!

I went to happy hour at the Mango Lounge while visiting friends in the South Kensington Chelsea area. The food and drinks were both excellent. The staff was very professional and always friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to making a return trip as soon as I can. I would recommend the Mango Lounge to anyone looking for a good time in a comfortable atmosphere.

I've been to the Mango Lounge on multiple occasions and I've always thoroughly enjoyed myself. The upstairs is a classy place to have a drink and the food is delicious. The downstairs has a great DJ and is ideal for any party. The staff is friendly with none of the pompous attitude you might find at other bars or clubs. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Mango lounge is absolutely fantastic. The staff is extremely accomodating (they made us nachos after the kitchen was closed because we were so hungry!) and always friendly, they make you feel like a real regular. They are just fun and pleasant to be around. The ambience is relaxed upstairs and a fun party atmosphere downstairs. The drinks and food are great and get to you quickly. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!

What can I say? I am a seasoned party holder - I have been having one every year for the past 12 years - yet I can honestly say that Mango Lounge gave me the best party ever!

The management were super accomodating and went out of their way to ensure that I had the time of my life. Any concerns that I had were dealt with immediately. I was given free food and free cocktails.

I am seriously confused by any negative feedback, as I can truly say that my night was perfect!!

After reading some of the poor reviews here, I am unable to decide whether they went to a different bar or if the writers are from another planet.

The Mango Lounge is a friendly, fun bar with professional service and great decor.

The bar staff are great - the owner lovely (and very good looking girls!). Cocktails are made beautifully and staff were knowledgable about the drinks and their ingredients.

The food served is delicious and very reasonably priced.

The crowd are non-pretentious and on my frequent visits, I have never seen any trouble.

In all, a great place to go - any night of the week.

You just can't beat the FANTASTIC cocktails you get here... and Mango is the perfect place to be if you want both options of either chillaxing with mates in the cosy cocktail bar upstairs, or some ass shaking downstairs as the night progresses. Great place, great people... every night at Mango has been an awesome night. Love it!!

I am not from around the area and I hardly every venture into London. This weekend I ended up drinking in Mango Lounge with my sister who lives in Earls Court.

We were greeted at the door by a polite door supervisor, which is something rarely encountered in London venues.

Once inside I noticed such a mixture in the crowd with everyone enjoying themselves. I am not suprised my sister chooses this place as her local drinking den because it seems very friendly.

I hope to go through the rest of their cocktail list on my next visit!

I new there was a reason why when living in the Earls Court Area my wife and I don’t venture out locally, trashy bars full of drunken old people smoking anything and everything. Mango Lounge is just one of these bars, no style no service and no dignity! The owners seem to get away with every violation there is and the service is the worst ever. Although not busy the staff had great difficulty trying to produce their house special cocktail, apparently they had ran out of ingredients. The floor was sticky from split drinks and the bar cluttered with products leaving no space to put your drinks, and they call themselves a Lounge Bar, what a joke. (continued below)

Its not often we go out midweek but my wife’s birthday fell on such a day and so we tried the place because we live round the corner. If there had been an opportunity to object to this place we would have done it. It’s an accident waiting to happen with the disorganization in its place of decency, even my son and daughter were disgusted by the place and they are in the early twenties who look and like trendy places. Mango Lounge is for the simple mind as any normal person would and will stay away. Be warned its marketing write up is not what you get, just the opposite. Never again!!

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a great time in a friendly atmosphere.

My team and I all work at the exhibition center, and naturally after a hard days graft like to have a few intoxicating beverages before we go home!

Mango Lounge was the venue last night, and it is responsible for the sore head we all experienced this morning. Dangerous cocktails!! I am not at all desparate to critisise the place for being so accomodating and friendly, and I thank the staff profoundly for putting up with us.

Although they may not wish to, they will be seeing us again... possibly this evening, as I think my hangover has almost gone!!

Anyway... I better do some work before I get the sack!

My friends and I became aware of this place through a private party we'd attended a couple of weeks ago. I must say it was a very pleasant surprise and experience to say the least.

It's a refreshing new place with a friendly and cool vibe. Not something you'd expect to find amongst all the pubs down that road but i'm definitely not complaining! I love my cocktails and so do my girls so this place was ideal. The fresh fruit cocktails and mojitos were delicious! so much so we didn't realise how drunk we were getting! good thing they had those comfy sofas to lounge on, an ideal relaxation concoction!

Very inconsistent reviews!! How strange I asked myself?? Having popped down to "The Mango Lounge", we encountered what can only be desctibed as a very strange place indeed. An unconventional looking cocktail bar which looks more like a restaurant, situtated in a part of Kensington I try my best to avoid.

Nevertheless, I decided to stay, having discovered my hidden obsession for Mojito's, and had a fansastic time with my friends. I did get slightly annoyed when a drunk man mistook my drink for his, but when I complained to the manager, he made me another one.

Not the kind of place we usually go to but I will be happy to visit again. The cocktails are definitly made with lots of love!

All I can say is that Mango Lounge is something that Earls Court needed! I'm not sure whose idea it was to go there on Saturday night but thats where we ended up. It seems to attract such a variety clientele, from back-packers and tourists, to those who have come straight from the office. I found it quite nice to see the cultural diversity, and everyone having a good time in one place.

With regard to the cocktails, they were, undoubtedly, very tastey. I was also quite happy with the service, but as it got busier, and more packed, you could see the staff were getting a bit stressed. I have no complaints about this venue, apart from that they should close later if possible!!

My husband and I with friends visited Mango lounge last night, which started off rather well although the staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. Then the place filled up with people coming out of the pubs drunk and abusive.
The staff asked us to settle up our bill even though we were staying, and when we queried the situation were told its policy not to take credit card payments after 11 o’clock.
How strange, what sort of an outfit is this that doesn’t accept card payment after 11?
Is it run by amateurs of professionals one wonders?
But this was only the start of the decline in the atmosphere at Mango Lounge. (CONT)

(CONT)We were then told the nightclub was open and we must go downstairs to allow other people to come into the venue. So we duly went downstairs only to have our conversation drowned out by the most awful music my ears have had to endure. The DJ was so old he could not understand the difference between dance music and Arabic! But to top it off we could not get cocktails here because 'as we were told' were only for upstairs customers only. In all this place is badly run, dirty, smokey and poor service. I think one visit here is more than enough. This place gets the BIG thumbs down. We should have read the reviews first!!!

The management a young guy of 25 or so was too drunk to make any sense and informed us this happens all the time.Great! Places like this should be monitored closely or even shut down as a health risk! Where people think this is a great place I will never know, its dirty and dingy and run by amateurs. We would not have gone if it was'nt for the fact we were meeting friends there, but never again, our friends have apologised for the night have and expressed their disappointment too.But from now on we will keep to the Kings Rd, a far better place than this!

My husband and I visited Mango Lounge at the weekend only to be greeted with loutish behavior from the people within the premises.
The place is smokey and dirty and the service lousy. The bar is described as a cocktail lounge with great atmosphere, well we experienced fighting for service to get drinks and cocktails that my 8year old could make better. The downstairs so called nightclub had a floor that could only be described as a swimming pool which I slipped on at least twice, and the DJ was out of the Ark and the music too.But the highlight of the evening was the clockroom where I left my coat only for someone else to claim it.

A disappointing night considering this place was recommended by friends who were probably disillusioned by some of the comments made by others?!
The place was full to over capacity with too much smoke and people spilling drinks everywhere. The staff did'nt seem to care with service been virtually impossible, and when we complained to the owner he told us to leave, charming considering we paid £5 to get in.There was no crowd control with only the owner and another standing at the door taking money and looking vacant.
In all this place is a dive,if you want class and quality dont go to Mango Lounge its a cattle market of disaster, rudeness, and drunken people of which most could be on benefit

I tried not to expect too much before my visit looking at the mixed reviews. I would say it was more of a "chilled-out restauranty lounge" type place than a classy bar. There was an Australian guy behind the bar who knew how to make good cocktails and made us feel very welcome.

As it got later, the atmosphere changed, but only in the sense that all of a sudden loads of people started to pile in so there was alot of hustle and bussle at the bar. "John" the barman told me, in between making mojitos, that it was normal because as soon as the pubs close it gets mental in there, especially on the weekends.

Anyways, nice place, friendly service, brilliant cocktails... I'll be back!

I got a flyer in a pub for Mango Lounge. I didn't want to go but my girlfriend made me coz of the cocktails. I was annyoyed at paying £5 to get in but its their policy after 11 so I had to live with it. I was expecting it to be all posh but it was a simple place, and I was expecting pompous people but it wasnt that sort of place. The staff were nice, but I did feel sorry for them when it got busy. I've worked in a bar before, and I dont reckon I could have handled that.

I dont think we will be going to the pub now she knows about the happy hour, but I'm not complaining. I just had a few beers but she loved their cocktails. I just feel sorry for their profits coz she drinks like a fish!

My friend had her leaving do at the Mango Lounge this weekend and I must admit I was really impressed. We arrived early and took advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour and nearly managed to get through the whole list between us. They had some delicious fresh fruit cocktails especailly the "Mango heaven" and the "Tutti Fruity".

By about midnight the place was packed and I must say, well done to the staff for coping with the volume! As we had been there for most of the evening, the owner bought us a round of shots, which was really sweet seeing as though there was 15 of us.

All in all a brilliant send off. I will definitly be back and recommend it!

After enjoying an early evening with friends celebrating my Birthday, we decided to visit Mango Lounge in Earls Court Rd. This was the start of a disappointing end to the evening. The bar is the most disorganised, dirty and poorly run I and my friend have ever had the unfortunate experience to witness. Apert from the staff not understanding English when you trying to place an order you have strange old men touching you up and moving furniture around whilst you trying to get served. The music is lousy and the service worse. As professional people who can spend a lot we are definitely not ready to slum it in places like this.
Its a BIG ZERO from the Sloane Rangers.
Do us a favour and close!

We recently visited Mango Lounge as my girlfriend had been told about a super cocktail lounge in Earls Court.
However when we arrived we were greeted by a scruffy old man who demanded money to enter the venue.
Once inside my girlfriend ordered a cocktail from an asian looking boy who had to ask an older gentleman behand the bar what to do. After waiting some 15 mins we finally got our drinks, which were the only upside to our experience.
The old man at the door then began to wander around the place pushing past us on several occasions without excuse and this made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
In all we were very disappointed and will not return to this unprofessionally run venue!

I had my 21st birthday party at the Mango Lounge, with approximately 60 people downstairs in the club (parents included!)- it was Brilliant! Everyone had an incredible time and the venue was perfect for hosting a private party. Cocktails are amazing and the management are extremely co-operative and willing to help with everything. I was able to decorate to my hearts content and good food was available also. I had a great experience of the Mango Lounge, the music was at times rather dated but we all like old-school anyway! Definitely recommended.

I really recommend Mango Lounge if you fancy a fun night out with friends in Earls court.
