I was dissapointed with my visit to the clarence, the manager was so rude to us when we complained that the wine was off. we had just purchased a bottle and shared it between five friends, every one of us spat it straight back in the glass as it tasted off, we politely returned all five full glasses to the bar and were laughed at by the manager and told he would not refund or change the wine. i have never been treated like that before ever, and will never return. what happened to the customer is always right??
