To the chap who felt that no one enjoyed themselves at Annabel's. Perhaps he ought to have visited Annabel’s when it was the real club of that name. It has now passed out of the family ownership and the clientele is without question of an entirely different genre as is the cuisine and service. I was there recently having not been for several years, or not since its sale to the Caring chap, and I couldn’t believe I was in the same club. It resembled Annabel’s physically. One still entered through the basement stairwell, but the resemblance ended there. Gone were the glamour, the elegant tables and fare that had made Annabel’s a singular venue in which one was comfortable in the knowledge that we would likely encounter a school mate or someone else who was familiar. Where these present clientele are from and who they might be is questionable, and does one really care. One senses that Annabel’s nights are numbered. A Lady, a member through family connections and a friend of Lady Annabel’s.

If you want to hang out with your fellow celebrities and chat about how wealthy you are it's great. If you want a real night out then this place is the pits, it is like a school disco, continually overlooked by staff, no-one seems to really enjoy themselves.
Overpriced, overated and a very dissapointing evening.

I have been a member of Annabels for years, have been going since I turned 18 and had my 21st Birthday party in the private room, the place is second to none. The staff are attentive, the food fabulous, the music and the ambiance beats any other London Club, it is an expensive night out but not over priced - the experience you have is worth every penny spent.

Been to Annabel's last weekend. Well, what can I say? Men are over 65, women are from Eastern Europe and under 25. Staff rude. Music outdated. It feels like being in a bootcamp: not allowed to sit down unless offered to do so, not to stand somewhere unless appointed a specific spot. Cocktails were great but what is all the fuzz about?

First of all Annabel's is amazing, there is no other place on Earth. Where you can rub shoulders with Royalty, dine with Film stars and drink with Supermodels. It is the place to be and if your lucky enough to have membership or be Invited then you will have the time of your life..

I love Annabel's, it is not only a unique club with soft lighting and exquisite cushions and couches but it is small enough to feel intimate with several little rooms. The abundance of artwork is a feast of creativity, like a gallery in it's own right. Like most things special, you have to experience it to feel it's uniqueness. They have many staff, so you are well looked after and I have yet to meet anyone who does not look forward to a return visit.

Everything you can ask for in one place. From the entrance and through the club, the exquisite ambiance takes your breath away. The dining experience was extraordinary. Everyone was properly dressed and a feeling of comfort/posh was in the air. I cannot wait to go back!
