I can't stress the words "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" enough if you ever went in to this pub over a year ago.
What a difference in atmosphere and people behind the bar - they actually like to serve you now rather than just watch the horse racing and grumpily get up to serve you.
I hope the past Manager hasn't tarnished the name of this once tremendous pub to the end of it's useful life.
Nice and friendly pub nicely done out which must have cost a bob or two.
Pints around £2.50.
