The music played at The Ruby Lounge is groove and funk and the clientele are young and fashionable. Catering for private parties of up to 80 guests is available upon request and you are advised to phone for details. They have DJ's from Thursday through to Sunday. Pavement seating is provided.

This is not the best place in London but I would definitely recomend it for anyone loking for a good quality cocktail after work in teh Kings Cross area. The staf are friendly and the atmosphere is warm. Where do I get the vouchers from???

Like the previous reviewer I am also a bit apprehensive about Kings Cross at night time. However Ruby Lounge was not what I expected at all. A group of us went in after walking around for too long looking for a 'decent' place to have a few drinks and it was really good. The decor (although a bit camp for a group of lads!) was really cool. The bar is in the middle like an island which I liked. After an hour or so more people arrived and the music level increased. We sat there nearly all night drinking with a group of girls that we met. Will definitely be going back. It is a really socially little bar, a great place to meet people!

liked the atmosphere - the bar staff were friendly, crowd is good and the cocktails are great!! usually a bit apprehensive about the king's cross area but was pleasantly suprised. 7/10
