The Pub recently reopened; which was good news. However, the selection of beer is poor. If you like beer, No cold dark beer from the fridge, no wheat beer. Just a choice of two bottled lagers. The Trinity, 5 minutes to the North and the Duke of York 3 minutes to the South both have cold bottled dark ale and wheat beer etc. when I asked about other beer in the Ship the staff did not even know what it was. Avoid. Not a good pub as I feel there are better pubs within a five minute walk
