I love this bar! It's a bit off the beaten track, but it really is a little gem.
I arranged a small gathering here recently and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. The atmosphere was great, the music varied and unobtrusive and the food was simple, but delicious.
It's got a really nice vibe to it; I've been both on a Sunday when it's really cosy (and they do a great roast!) a well as on a hot Friday evening when it's been really buzzy. Even though the queue at the bar was about 4 deep the staff were great at keeping everyone happy and dealing with customers quickly.
I've never had a bad experience here and I think that deserves comment!!
