good to have a ska venue but not very customer focused. paid for tickets to see a gig which i was told would be between 8 and 10 pm, they had a change of policy and gig was 11 to 1 and therefore couldnt go, they would not refund me in full and still fail to advertise on their website the correct times for gigs and customers are told 730 or 8pm so people travelling outside london cant get home by public transport. if bands are not coming on until 11pm then people buying tickets should know that. i was promised that this would be looked into but weeks later nothing on the website. advoid its a rip off
