I have been to Apartment 195 three times in the past 2 months & have always been impressed. It has a laidback atmosphere and you're never hurried to order from the huge cocktail list. Even though it has it's busier times the staff are always polite and attentive and ready to make reccomendations.
The bar itself has 3 rooms, the main bar which is decorated with contemporary art on the dark walls, then there are another two quieter areas for a more intimate drink.
The music is fine, never too loud and the toilets are smart & clean even when they are busy.
