We decided to put on a night for charity, our first bar cancelled on us a week before for licensing issues, so in the nick of time we found Jam Bar for our night. They asked us for £100 deposit to make sure we were going to definately take the night, and made us pay £130 for staff and security. We had 200 paying guests who bought a huge amount of drinks all night. But that wasnt enough, the owners are now refusing to give back the deposit, thus essentially stealing £100 from the charity. They are incredibly rude and arrogant. If you ever want to hold a party, then choose hell over this place. On a brighter note, the bar staff were lovely. Just the money grabbing owners who are scum.
