(The Favorite)Sadie was the best landlady ever a true family pub where you was always made to feel welcome,sadly Sadie's husband Bob passed away some time ago, but Sadie never gave up. I moved to Northampton but always on visiting London went back to see Sadie and the Gang, many happy times xx

i worked there once. sadie great land lady. Hope she is still well. Great staff, they treated me well. The bar maids daughter (Dawn) was very friendly. Great memories.

I grew up just down the road from this pub and my mother worked there when i was younger, i now live in New Zealand & i have very fond memorys of the favourite! of Tony & the old men at the bar of Sadie the owner who i loved dearly & GOLDIE the best golden retriever EVER
when i come home it will be the first place i visit! I MISS U GUYS
