Here in a largish group the other evening and the unfriendliness of staff didn't seem a problem until my friend's bag was stolen. Then the landlord's attitude (couldn't care less) seemed almost as bad as the theft itself. We are locals and would never condone hostility to tourists (as in the previous comment), but it was the disregard of a customer in distress which seemed truly shocking.
