Vanilla

Vanilla was a fantastic venue for dinner - certainly an experience and not just a meal. Food was theatrically presented and tasted amazing. We went for the 8 course tasting menu, which at £45 was incredible value for money with all the hidden extras that came too. The chocolate fondant was out of this world! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The decor was sleek and glamourous without being pretentious.

I will definitely be back!

Total sensory experience. Taste: The food is delicious & well presented. Had the special offer so little extras like the amuse bouche and pre dessert were completely unexpected and delightful. All dishes were visually amazing & also tasted great. Smell: a gentle aroma of vanilla as you descend the stairs. Sight: black & white - decor & furnishings are classy & well thought out. Decor is sophisticated and stylish. Service is great & they take time to explain the dishes.

Totally brilliant experience - atmosphere was relaxed and cosy, decor was sophisticated and stylish, staff were friendly and made you feel wwelcome and special from the minute you walked in the door. Food was delicious and there was a lot to chose from considering it was a set menu. Would be a fantastic place for a date but equally as good for catching up with a friend over cocktails. Quiet and private without being pretentious and boring. Would definitely recommend and go again.
