I hosted my first ever club night here in Dec 2003 and was really impressed with the whole feel and organisation of the place. All the facilities you could want in a bar and very accommodating management.
I went back to the bar, now under new management (the lovely Steve), and I have to say, they've made the right choice in 'not fixing what ain't broke!'. lol
Add well priced, tasty meals, makes a great place for boozy lunches or after work get togethers. If you're planning an event, I'm sure 'the lovely Steve' will do you good deal.

City Golf Bar & Restaurant serve a wide selection of drinks and dishes and have a Comedy night on Monday, Jazz on Tuesday, live bands on Wednesday and a DJ on Friday. They are available for corporate bookings on Thursday nights. Catering for private parties of up to 150 people are available.
