I must have gone in on a bad day judging by the other reviews - a weekday lunchtime. Upstairs was closed but it still took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive - they said that they weren't expecting it to be so busy. When it did arrive it was ok but nothing special - overpriced. The bar staff were pretty much imbeciles so who knows what the kitchen staff were like. On the plus side the toilets were really clean so 3 points rather than 1.
