Even though the pub has "supposedly" just had a re-furb, it is a dingy little place,full of kids trying to run it and just not getting it right. The manageress, i think her name is Nicola, or she's not the manageress, whoever she is, was really miserable, moody and very rude and abrupt.
Another barmaid, Annie i think, was doing more drinking than working and seemed more interested in wether or not her lip gloss was applied properly and how much coke she could sniff with the two blokes she kept disapearing into the toilets with than who was waiting to be served ,a disgrace, rubbish customer service....!!!! dissapointing place, service was rubbish and friendly staff?? ur joking!! I have
