My son and I visited this pub which was near our hotel in June of 2010. It was a friendly place with lots of local flavor and had food that an American Teenager would eat. The portions were big in size and the service was great. We met some local workers that stopped in every evening for a "pint". It was one of our best memories of our trip to London.

Hey, I'm Laura, from Mexico, i used to work there, it was in 2005, i hope Remsi is still there and read it, and remember me. I miss everybody, and all i can say is that is the best pub in London, i mean it, and it's true, jaja.
I hope to be there really soon, and of course I'll visit the Dickens Tavern.
Cheers...

I visited Londonís íLongest pubí at lunch time. Food was a good size portion and well cooked, the staff pleasant and efficient. Prices for food arenít too steep for what you get, they sell cask ale and have a selection of wines so if youíre more of a booze buff than a larger lout then you might find something to tickle your taste buds here. It's an oldie world type of pub filled with Sky sport screens to bring it up to date. There's a pool table area, if youíre into sport and near Paddington this could be the place for you. When I visited there was no outside seating area, a shame as there is a quite area at the side of the building which would be a very good place to sit out in the summer
