I used to live around the corner from the 'Scarsy' as we affectionately called it and I have to say it is possibly the best pub in Kensington. In an area where pretty much every pub is beautifully presented, that is quite something! There is not much to dislike about this place, the food is fantastic and the wine list strewn with quality bargains, the only thing I would say is that Friday and Saturday evenings tend to turn in to something Sloane party and the pavement gets clogged with BMW's.
But, on a sunny day there is nothing to compare with sitting outside the Scarsdale enjoying the blossoming Edwardes Sq and enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple
The Scarsdale is a Georgian-fronted pub that serves a variety of world cuisine including vegetarian dishes. Seating on the terrace area is provided, weather permitting.
