I went for a meal on Sunday 22nd November 2009, on the 2nd floor of the pub, met my family as it was my father in laws birthday, in our party of eight was a 2 1/2 year old child, we ordered our meals and waited and waited and waited, my brother in law, went to ask where our order was and was told that the computer was playing up,even thought people has come in after us and ordered after us and got their meals, we still had to wait another 20 minutes for the meal we were told that we could have free desserts or drinks as an complimentary offer, but when we asked for desserts there was none, the meal it self was ok, my father in law veg was dried out as though it had been left in the microwave too long. then we asked for the bill my brother in law paid, but if I had my way I would have asked for a reduction has I was not very happy that my 2 1/2 year old nephew had to wait so long for his meal.
I have been before to Doggetts and enjoying myself, but never again.
Also there was no apology fro the staff.
