Piste at Archer Street

From the moment guests enter Piste, they are transported to an alpine retreat with reclaimed rafter boards covering the walls and dark wooden flooring so reminiscent of traditional chalets. The décor features antique skis, snowshoes and distressed mirrors with playful stripy sofas and cushions creating a truly warm and welcoming après ski atmosphere.

Piste serves a host of special cocktails including a special ski containing several shots. Cocktails will include the delicious Apricot and Cinnamon Bellini, serving the perfect amount a sugar, spice and all things nice.

There is nightly entertainment in the form of resident DJs spinning the decks and regular pop up performances by staff singing wintery classics including everything from The Sound of Music’s Edelweiss to Wham’s Last Christmas. Piste also house a themed fancy dress box containing items such as; lederhosen, goggles and even the odd pair of ski boots for those looking to brighten up their look for the evening!
