With over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, head chef Zaman has created the mouth-watering new menu by partnering customers’ tastes with his passion for experimental cooking.
Featuring an array of chefs specials from around the world - such as wagyu steak, lamb kebabs and Farruj Mussahab - as well as more traditional main courses - like grilled meats and fish, lamb cutlets and risotto - the new Summer menu is set to surprise and delight and is sold at extremely affordable prices. Customers can expect to see a definite shift away from middle-Eastern dishes to embrace more tastes of the Mediterranean and North Africa.
The halal menu created in part following insights gleaned from loyal London customers is being launched to showcase The Sportsman’s ongoing commitment to giving customers exactly what they want.
Head chef Zaman says “I love experimenting and being innovative in the kitchen, so I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks of their new menu, as it is our customers’ menu as much as it is mine.
