The Bloomsbury Group and Belgian beer feature in an exciting, unique dual concept venture in Kings Cross. Newcomer Bloom Kitchen and Bar feeds creative minds alongside Belgo, the iconic moules, frites and bieres brand. The two venues sit in the newly refurbished Crowne Plaza Hotel (formally Holiday Inn) as part of a £20 million project.
Inspired by a love of gin and passion for food, Bloom Kitchen and Bar pays homage to the famous artistic set, The Bloomsbury Group, and the locality. Refined yet informal, the aim at Bloom Kitchen and Bar is to provide a destination for people who enjoy great food, good drinks, a cosy setting and timeless fun.
Belgo has become famed for its fresh mussels which are rope grown, grit free and fully sustainable from the Shetland Islands. Succulent rotisserie chicken and a range of 52 Belgian beers have seen Belgo become a firm favourite. Renowned for its industrial style décor and open kitchens, Belgo has become a staple on the culinary scene.
