We hired a party bus for 25 seats. It lived up to our expectations. My father is in a wheelchair and was able to board the bus with the help of his grandchildren. Henry was our driver and he was excellent. We had the best time ever and Henry is very professional making it fantastic. God willing my parents will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary in the fall of 2023 and we will definitely plan another memorable moment with Heaven on Wheels and hopefully Henry as our driver. Thanks again!!!!

We hired a limo on Sunday for our little girls birthday, George out driver was absolutely fantastic! Not sure if it was intentional but he even wore pink and blue! Nothing too much trouble for him! Would highly recommend. George was on time, professional and excellent with the kids! Every little detail followed! ..even our music request! Absolutely fantastic! Would definitely use again Easy limo. A massive thank you from family and a very happy 7 year old!

This is the best limo service I've had so far. Once I went to New York and used a limo service over there, for a tour of the great city, but honestly nothing can compare to London.

I celebrated my birthday here, and I was treated like a king. We made sure it was a birthday service, and we had champagne for everyone, party hats, and our choice of music. Our driver, Derek, was so friendly with us and introduced himself to us, opened doors for us, everything a professional usually does.

We went to a tour of London, had dinner at a very nice restaurant, and ended the night at a club. Loved

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The standard of customer service we experienced was extremely poor to say the least. The car was late, in poor condition inside - dirty and smelt bad and outside. The experience completely spoilt what was supposed to be a very special day. In order to make the service better they should speak to customers, acknowledge complaints and put things right when they go very wrong.

I received a online quote if £175 and when I rang to confirm the booking and pay. I was told that I would have to £275 for the limo. When I asked why I was passed to another person who was rude and said that was the amount I could book for. Online quotes should be fixed and not be able to change as the company thing they can make £100 more out of the customer.

Their service was fantastic! I booked them last minute to pick up my sister from the airport when I was stuck at work. The service was superb from the operator who took my request to the driver...5 stars! And the car was super clean.

I think they top one of the worst companies I have even come across for both quality of service and customer service by their management (nice drivers). We had a party of 16 50-60 year olds and we left 2 hours and 15 minutes late, 1st limo was very late, second limo sent was dirty and drinkless and broke down on the road picking us up. the third limo sent was also very dirty and depsite arriving 2.5 hours late for the evening, missing lots of the entertainment and eating very late. I have seen lots of very bad experiences online with this company - avoid at all cost. Plenty of other companies

We needed a limo service co to take us from our wedding venue to the hotel to start our honeymoon. I called Easy Limo and they were extremely friendly with competitive prices and my reservation was made within 10 minutes with a pick up time of 3:00pm. The person at the call was extremely helpful! Max, our driver, arrived early and called me to inform us that he was waiting in the valet area(Impressed!). He totally took care of us and didn't give us any flack when we asked him to see if we could stop at a bank 1st before heading to our hotel.Our drive to the hotel was smooth sailing!

The staff on the booking line are not very easy to deal with and less than accommodating when you need to make changes to your numbers/drop off points. The limo that picks you up in is not the same that drops you. Avoid this company if you want a stress free evening.

threre is nothing like a EASY LIMOS with thier cars, i am talking about an amazing start of the day, we got up for the sunrise that easy limos provide us with thier ellegant ((baby bentley)) white that acrosses something we will never forget for our wedding day on the 3th of march.the brilliant thing about easy limos is that you dont have to do a thing, they will give you a memorable service for your big day on such a hospitable jurney.

I have booked a Hummer H2 on Saturday the 4/02 for my engagement party with Easy limo hanger lane, and they offered me a fantastic discount rate for being a loyal customer as I have been using the easy limo in past three years for many occasion. I am an American, and even when my family flown over from Chicago on Saturday they were very impress with the limo itself and the service which Easy limo provided for us. They are always tick all the boxes to perfection. Thank you roy the driver for the lovely flowers my mum really do liked them.

We was pleasantly surprised with the provided service. The limo was new and clean and here is our experience of the celebration and comfort starts :) It was an airport pick up with a city tour and we had so much fun with music playing on the background, a bottle of champagne and city lights around. Very helpful, polite and professional driver. Thank you Easy Limo !

My boyfriend arranged for myself and ten other friends to go to London for my birthday. The limo arrived one hour late, when we specifically asked if it could arrive on time as it meant that we were late for the club and had to pay an extra £7 each to get in. To make matters even worse, the limo turned up in the wrong colour! My boyfriend ordered me a white limo, the limo that turned up was black with flame details and rims. I was horrified, as this looked like something out of 'Pimp My Ride'. There were also no balloons in the limo, which was very disappointing as they were ordered and it was my birthday. When we rang up to complain the following Monday, we were told to send an email. After three days we did not hear anything, so we emailed them again. After waiting a week, I rang up the company and spoke to a 'supervisor' who was very rude and aggressive down the phone. He refused to give us any compensation and only offered a 10% discount, which was very insulting as we will not be using this service again. Easy Limos ruined my birthday, when you pay alot of money for things, you expect to get what you pay for.
