Very 'computer says no'. ie. "Do you want me to advise you on a mortgage product, or do you want to decide yourself?"
"I'd like you to advise me, then I'll decide"
"Computer says no".

Took them an hour to advise me on stuff I didn't want though.

A soul destroying, but necessary visit to this archaic branch.
