Absolutely horrific experience. With a possible exception of two employees, all the rest of them (especially the ones at the reception desk) are slow and completely incompetent! I'm a foreign student, and opened a current and savings account, they've been sending me mixed information and wrong debit cards. When asking them to resolve the issue, they suggested that I should wait for 5 days plus to get new pin numbers (already waited 1 month and a half to get my debit card on the first place). Didn't even bother to apologise for the inconvenience. They provided me with 2 cards, one for current the ohther for savings, as if I was a Rockefeller heir wtf. Difficulties with internet banking. Again, visited the branch and asked (super slow and impolite) reception employee how to figure it out.. You know what he did? Took me to the Natwest office, called ebanking hotline and just left me there waiting on the phone!!!! Thank God, another employee came and sorted my (their actually) issue out. Today, I got the card for my savings account, went at the branch again, waited at the reception for 15 freaking minutes, got all fired up and went to the cashiers' to get the activation going.. A japanese girl who was waiting on the line in front of me, stormed out of the bank, tired of waiting so long.. Went to the cashier, employee extremely rude and almost yawned while processing my issue.
