Here I am speaking of High St Ken Branch - though the overall ethos may be the same in the group. It is now 2013 and the score is 10/10 for absolutely every aspect of the service in Branch. Speed, efficiecy, friendliness and seeing that the customer in front is being treated in this manner even makes the queue a happy pass time. Mails are sent to other departments who then respond by a telephone call directly to the customer. The issue of telephone contact may still be the same- staff have to answer the phone and there are times that simply make this impossible.

I recently went into RBS High Street Ken, to re do my already lost paperwork and the Manager promised me that it would get sorted. 6 days later I get an email to inform me my apllication hasnt arrived and my time was up so if I would need to re-apply. When trying to call to High Street Ken to complain and ask what happened no one answers and I am currently on my 4th atempt. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!!!!!
