Completely unhelpful staff, said they would do things that they then didn't do, have tried contacting them three times and no response recieved, they have messed up my finances badly, and don't even have the courtesy to call me when they say they will. I've also had two appointments with them (weekend)...the first time I was waiting for an hour before I was seen, the second time I booked an appointment for 12.00 and they didn't even open until about 12.10!!
