I was at the branch today with my daughter who is student at ual and wanted some information on account opening as we are new to city. We chose this bank as we had good impressions last time when we opened account for my son at Sheffield. This time we met a lady at the entrance who in middle age and looks like customer service but was very disappointed and was not at all intrested to help Instead asked us visit some other bank as the approval was too strict and was not intrested. We said we can provide all the necessary docs but simply not intrested. I was amazed to see such a bad service for people who are new to this area and needed help. I would urge the bank to provide better customer support.
