TSB Bank

The management is very poor and of no help. Recently a scam of £1000 pounds took place in my account on 08/02/21 in the evening and then immediately on the same day the incident was reported to the online TSB fraud investigating team and later on 09/02/21 at 9. 30 am, personally visited the Hounslow TSB branch and informed them about the same and asked to block the account. Still an amount of £500 was released by the bank authorities on 10/02/21 to pay the transaction made by the scammer. N today on 22/02/21 when we visited the branch to check the progress in the investigation , the branch manager called their online TSB fraud investigation team and later conveyed a message that they are not in a position to return the amount paid out. When the bank authorities make mistakes of realising the cash once the bank account is blocked why should the customer bear the loss? So I request the public to think before they open a bank account in TSB bank since their hard earned money deposited in the TSB bank can be mishandled/used by the TSB Bank authorities.
