one of them just tried to beat me up

i have been using this service to travel all over london - on average around 7 or 8 cars per week - for 3 years - then one of their drivers tried to overcharge me, and when i called to complain i was assured that i would get a small discount when i used the service again. I just went in to get a cab and asked for my discount - the controller called me a liar and then when i told them that i would never use their service again, one of the drivers had to be physcially held back from attacking me.
