Chingford Cars

Got off train last night asked for a cab was told to wait there . A further five people were placed in a cab so I asked politely why I'd been left out to be aggressively shouted at by young blonde controller.
Her attitude was awful I suggest they hire people with customer service skills I will never use them there's a lovely cab service just round corner completely different experience.

Rubbish missed my flight had to pay more for another ticket . driver didn't know where he was going. Driver was dismissive and had a bad attitude never again.

I used Chingford Cars all the time on my recent stay at the Holiday Inn (Chingford). I visited Wembley for the Robbie Williams concert and their service was 1st class. I have sight and mobility issues but their drivers made sure I would be picked up exactly where I wanted them to. They phoned me to let me know if they had arrived and kept in phone contact which really helped me as I was with my young daughter. The chaps who answered the phones were great too and I found the prices pleasantly low. GREAT SERVICE + HAPPY CUSTOMERS - WELL DONE!!

Used them let down badley, cab turned up 30 mins late missed our flight,the driver could hardly speak english and he smelled, we had to open the window and froze all the way to the airport, nice way to start our holiday. Complaint to the office when we got to the airport and the person on the phone said it was our fault because we should have booked earlyer.

NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BOOK WITH THEM..

"WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND THEM TO ANY ONE"

PS WE FOUND MUCH BETTER CAB COMPANY NOW...

good drivers but office staff specially controllers are not helpful rude
