Have used kings mini cans several times past few months and have found the service to be fantastic . On time , they call to let you know they are at the location and drivers and vehicles are nice .

Would recommend and prices very reasonable

Very poor service, highly inflated price for example charge you £2 more for a journey of £7. Mostly come late for pick ups at right address or they got address pick up wrong. No room to refund the over priced trip. They give you all the excuses to avoid doing so. No good customer service.

Do not use this taxi company if you like peace of mind.
The drivers are rude and so are de controlers and the manager.They do not care about providing a good customer service. I have been waiting 40 minutes to get a car. First driver shouted at me over the phone for being 5 mins late and left without waiting for me,instead of charging me extra for the wait. The second driver was sent to a different address and when phoning to the company to complain that I am still waiting outside, the controler hang up on me and the manager did not care about this whole problem, all he said is that they are
