I called this morning (01.06.22) and made a booking with RUISLIP CARS for a pick up at 2pm. At 2.05 the car had not arrived and only at 2:31pm did I get a text saying the car is on it's way - your car is outside. My elderly mother was left waiting outside since 1:50 (in time for 2pm pick up) until 2:20 when she had to arrange another car.
When I called RUISLIP CARS to complain, the person I spoke to said, "well that happens, sometimes cars are late, you could have called to find out where the car is..."
I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY
AGAIN.
