On time, polite and helpful staff. All I need in a taxi service. I can email, text, call them and they always reply swiftly. Very very rare type of special customer service that you don't see nowadays.

I booked a car through their app but the postcode THEY had in the system for pick-up was wrong. I call immediately the office and they reassured me they would call the driver to tell him the correct address. I later got a call from the driver, who was waiting for me at the wrong address. In the end, I was charged 15% more than the original quote I was given.
When I called the office to complain, the operator was very rude telling me this was not his problem. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was told there is no supervisor. I asked for an apology, they said they do not apologize.
