I have been using this company for the past 2years even if the driver got me lost few Times and car not too clean i always used them because they are local but booked a cab saturday return journey for £24 and today because it was snow and the Road they ve asked me for £25 one way i can understand that they increased à bit but this is more than double of the price, i used to use their services 5times a week but i Will never do again i really think that is not fair i called and another company and took me for £15 its not a reason to be rude over the phone and just pretend like this if they were a bit more commercial they would have done a good price and wouldnt have lost me, the company itself is not bad but the way they run it it is and the lady on the phone is so unrespectful and rude
