I have always used Amber Cars as a mature lady I can only say that the Office staff and drivers have always given me an excellent service and cannot thank them highly. I would not use any other cab service. Thank you

Awful service- would not recommend.
> Initial cab cancelled trip 1 minute before reservation was due
> Once 2nd cab was dispatched, a new higher price was quoted for the fastest route to destination (£10 more)
> Customer service was awful and unapologetic.

We used Amber Cars to go from SE18 to Heathrow. The telephone booking staff were really helpful and efficient, and the driver was excellent. He was prompt, drove well and took a good route to avoid traffic. I was really impressed - I've used other mini cab companies which have been terrible. Amber Cars is reliable and good value - I'd really recommend them.

I have been using Amber cars every morning for the last year, spending over £150 a month with them. Today i ordered a cab for 17.50 from the station, he arrived 17.45 and called, i told him i'll be there in 5 mins as per my booking. I arrived on time and when i opened the cab door, he said sorry i cancelled the job, and took another job, i called the office and when explained they said they'll send me another one, which i said should be free, as it wasnt my fault, the lady slammed the phone in my face. Called back and asked for the manager who was worse than his agent and said he doesnt care

Poor customer service. Driver came over 1 hour late to pick up from airport with no communication at all . When the office was contacted, the manager said he can't do anything if driver is not communicating..implying they have no control at all over the behaviour of drivers nor do they care. Instead he blamed everyone else..including me for being impatient (even when car was over 1 hour late). No apologies at all- instead was reckless. To say it was the worst ever customer service I have encountered would not be an overstatement. Never ever use them again.
