This car service needs to ensure their staff can communicate properly with their passengers, they need to ensure that their control operators speak in a friendly professional manner and they need to ensure if you book a car they don't leave after 5 minutes of waiting especially when I have waited more then 15 minutes for them before. They also needs to ensure their pricing is consistent. If your looking for a friendly reliable car service look elsewhere.
