Astoria Mini Cabs

This company used to be good, but the last 2 occasions I have ordered a cab to go to Heathrow. Both times I called one hour before the time to confirm and was told all was fine. Last time they were 25 minutes late. The driver did not apologize and the controller told me he was stuck in traffic. This time the controller said he was in Chiswick (5 minutes from me) and he told me to stop calling. Cab was 20 minutes late and did not come from direction of Chiswick. Controller is so rude. I will not use this company again.

The driver hasn't arrived but that was kind of what I was expecting since the contact with the person at the call centre was poor. The man was speaking very slowly as if he was half asleep. I was quite concerned about it so I asked twice if the cab is going to be at the appointed place and time. In the end, the cab hasn't appeared and I was very close to missing my flight. Very disappointed.

Very nice and friendly, the bst cab in bush area and cheap provisional drivers and clean cars I will recommend u guys and you will see the reality if not happy your money will be returned as the said to me when I went to the office

Travel over from Cork for Qpr games and use Astoria cabs to get back to Heathrow after the games.I find Astoria to be very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I have never had a problem with the service and I would recommend them to anybody.

Friendly on the phone, cab arrived on time, vehicle was excellent, driver very nice and very reasonably priced! No complaints.
