Called for a taxi...booked it. It arrived late after getting lost. Could not drive and got lost going to victoria coach station. Missed the coach and had to buy other tickets. Still demanded fare. Close the business down...its a hopeless cause. The controller is rude. The drivers do not have a clue where anywhere is. And its an all round messed up company...shut it down.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This new staff member on the night shift in the control room has a serious attitude problem. Called a cab and it only arrived an hour later, despite phoning 8 times to see where the car was & being told "it's 2 minutes down the road" I was told I had only booked 15 mins before hand. This is a lie as I had 3 confirmation texts from the firm. Clearly he forgot to book & tried to wiggle his way out of his mistake. As a regular customer (spending £30-40) every Friday and Saturday as I work in the area I will no longer be using this company due to this mans egoti
