Have used this company a couple of times. Last night, due to miscommunication with driver it was a bit of a faff getting picked up at 1 in morning.
Driver added an extra fiver to bill but didn't tell me as I got in so I had to pay more as I got out.
Really disappointing.
Will not use again. Smart alec driver and hidden costs. Shame because me and my partner have been using them for years. No more though.

I would avoid Regal Cabs left a client waiting at the airport. When i called to confirm driver location they had not sent out a driver and did not inform. Unprofessional wouldn't use again, no surprise uber is taking over.

I stumbled into this office a abit worse for wear and a couple of pounds short of the fare. The guys in the office took pity on me and agreed for the driver to take me home for the fare I had. They were so nice and friendly and the driver was a good safe driver who knew where he was going. He was very friendly and professional. It's nice to know there are people out there who are looking out for others. Would recommend and use again.
