AVOID the company! quick story: booked a journey from bounds green to liverpoolstreet station at rd 3 am in the morning. helpful and nice lady on the phone. car came reasonably quickly. happy so far!
i asked the driver to stop quickly at the cashpoint for me to pop out and get the money, he wanted to charge be 2 pounds extra for this. he eventually accepted one pound extra! second and more serious complaint: the car dropped me off at a dark side street near liverpoolstreet station! the driver claimed that this place was just the back of the station, i only have to get down the stairs and i would be there.
well, he was wrong! it actually was the entrance to a huge shopping mall and 3 drunk man were inside hanging around the plaza… i did not dare to go through had to walk over 10 minutes to the station. very poor service!!

Customer service really bad.I use to be regular customer but each time for the same journey they charge me different so I call to ask why?Man shout at me I couldn't even finish my sentence.Very rude.I will never use this service again.
