Terrible service. I called up and asked to arrange a cab for a family member whose phone ran out of battery. I needed to call a cab for them. But the disrespectful bloke on the other end of the phone tried to create a problem. I soon went to another taxi company and didn't have any issues. Don't use this awful service run by ignorant people with attitude problems.

Came here not long ago today to A1 mini cabs in Romford, lady booked the taxi for me & told me 10-15 minutes. The lady on reception was very patronising & proceeded to accuse me of being “irate” & told me to “calm down” when my taxi didn’t arrive. I merely approached her & explained nicely that the driver is cancelling & has also told me he has been booked to go to Queen’s Hospital. Even though I was at the back of the office waiting to go. To then be accused of being rude when it was in fact the other way around! All I can say is that this unpleasant lady must suffer a lot of abuse & should look for another job, When I then explained that the cab driver has told me you have booked from Queens, she then replied: “erm yeah” how extremely helpful she is!!!

Worst cab ever Cost me £20 more than Uber silly and the driver didn’t have his seatbelt on and was swerving everywhere and twitching all the way felt so unsafe in this cab not happy at all !!!!!!

Very good service, due to a mix up I was overcharged which the corrected straight away with a phone call. Friendly service would recommend.

For the second time left me waiting for over an hour at Heathrow for a pickup.

Seemed to think this was ok and it was my fault because it’s been icy all week.

ive got 16 business trips using Heathrow planned for the next 12 months guess I’ll be using Uber at least they turn up on time.

I had the worst experience today the lady at reception was so rude and abusive, what ever issues she is having in her personal life were reflecting her behaviour. I came to book but she has zero knowledge for customer service and this kind of behaviour will definitely sink the business and repel the customers. Just coz of her rude and pathetic behaviour i am not booking with A1 ever.

Previous to a recent visit to A1 in Romford I had used the service for many years. However when trying to book a cab last week in Romford I was treated very badly and was dealt with a very poor service. I found the staff to be very rude and with an abusive attitude. I would therefore never advise others to use this service in future.
